Description
BIO 0132 is an online lab course that compliments the BIO 0131 lecture course designed for non-biology major students enrolled in online degree programs. The course provides an overview of biology and satisfies a general education requirement in the natural sciences. Basics topics covered include the study of scientific method, chemical composition of cells, energy and enzymes, cell cycle, basic Human Anatomy and Physiology, basic Mendelian genetics and patterns of inheritance and basic principles of ecology and evolution.
