Description
This laboratory course reinforces and complements the lecture topics presented in BIO 0303, Ecology, which must be taken concurrently. Concepts covered in class are brought to life in practical and hands-on experiences, including field trips. Subjects covered include abiotic and biotic components of ecosystems, water chemistry, vegetation analysis, population biology, biodiversity, sampling techniques, data analysis, and mathematical modeling.
