Description
This course discusses the supervision of police officers. The first line supervisor/manager or sergent will be the primary focus of this course. The course will also discuss all law enforcement managers/supervisors. The complicated interrelationships between members of the police agency and the communities they serve will be covered. Leadership and management will be examined.
