Description
This course introduces and reinforces simplifying expressions, evaluating expressions, and solving linear equations and inequalities. Application problems that allow students to practice translating simple problems into algebraic sentences are used. Students are introduced to laws of exponents, performing operations with polynomials, factoring, solving quadratic equations, and graphing two variable equations.
