Description
This course is designed primarily to help prepare students for entry into college-level writing, although it may benefit anyone desiring to improve basic grammar and writing skills. The course focuses on fundamental writing problems through extensive work in the construction of sentences, paragraphs, and short essays. Near the end of the semester, students will be counseled concerning their progress and what additional work they may need in order to accomplish their particular writing goals.
