Description
Prerequisite for this course is Business Finance (BSAD 0321). This course will focus on applying economic and finance concepts to real estate problems. The course will cover topics in mortgage instruments, mortgage markets, residential real estate closing, income property analysis, financial leverage, real estate valuation, securitizatiion, and real estate investments.
