Description

Study of ethical issues in corporate, medical and health care settings. Emphasis on the nature, perspective, and objects of the legal, and legislative process. Understanding of legal terminology, legal reasoning, and the tools of the laws with practical application of these principles and concepts to health care management, health policy decisions, and other related topics.
