Description
This course is an introduction to the research process used in social science, with a specific focus on the ways in which sociologists turn social issues, interests, theories, and debates into social research. Students will focus on probing questions that are of a social nature; for example, pertaining to social arrangements, human behavior, and forms of social, political, and economic organization.
