Description
Successful completion of this course will enable each student to comprehend, apply and analyze the basic principles and practices of management and organizational behavior as they relate to the interactions of people as they carry out functional activities in the organization. This course will also provide the comprehension and tools of analysis application and skills development, including theories, concepts, modes and technologies. Text and discussion will include application of the Behavior Sciences (i.e., sociology, social psychology and social anthropology, utilizing both "micro" and "macro" approaches). Historical development and contemporary concepts of individual, group and corporate behavior will be emphasized.
