Description
This course is intended to provide an introduction to many of the discrete mathematics topics so useful to the computer scientist, the manager of information systems and the mathematician who will be using computers. These topics include characteristics of the number system, sets and logic, relations and functions, vectors and matrices, and graph theory. These topics should be a part of the knowledge base of any student minoring in the management of information science.
