NEW: HSSU BOOKSTORE OPENS
The first of July marked the launch of a new partnership between Harris-Stowe State University and BBA Solutions to offer textbooks through HSSU Bookstore, the university’s official bookstore and course material hub. This new partnership replaced the previous one held with Follett Higher Education Group.
About BBA Solutions

We will proudly provide the Hornets with excellent, personalized customer service, lower textbook rental prices, and an all-around better bookstore experience.
BBA is the fastest growing Textbook dealer in the nation. We began in 1996 with one off-campus location in Arkansas and now serve over 100 locations in 25 states. The BBA difference, which is the key to our rapid growth and sustainable success, is simple. We listen to our customers, the Students! We are thrilled to welcome Harris-Stowe into the BBA family and look forward to serving its students!
HSSU Bookstore provides HSSU undergraduate students with a textbook rental program – an economical alternative to purchasing most textbooks. At many colleges and universities, students must purchase costly textbooks each semester. HSSU takes pride in helping students save money by offering a rental option. No matter how many books you need for a class, the rental fee stays the same. As of Fall 2016, the rental fee is $25 per credit hour. This fee is included in your student fees, so you do not need to bring money to get your books. Textbooks may be rented or returned throughout the semester during normal business hours. At the end of each semester, textbooks must be returned to HSSU Bookstore.
How do you get our books?
All students need to have a HSSU Student ID and class schedule to pick up their books. Privacy laws require that the student, and no one else, pick his or her books
